Do not judge yourself to be less. Hold yourself in Being, hold yourself as focus and desire, and observe in joy not in pain. You are already connected to Source. There is Value with everything you do. You are more because you did it.... because you had an experience. Hope lives in what is possible. Hope does not live in the past. Look at the potentials. Look at the little successes of life.
